Returns

Due to the items being customized we cannot accept returns because these items are personalized to you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds/Cancelations

If you recently have placed an order but have changed your mind, you can cancel within 24hrs as long as our production team has not started your order. Usually our team starts your order as soon as they receive it.
